These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Molecule AI, Inc.'s ("Molecule AI", "we", "us") platform for orchestrating AI agent workspaces (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Molecule AI provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets users deploy, observe, and coordinate autonomous AI agents organised as hierarchical workspaces. Each tenant receives an isolated environment: a dedicated database branch, a dedicated compute instance, and a namespaced key-value store.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
Authentication is handled by WorkOS. Account creation is subject to WorkOS's identity verification flow.
The Service is offered under a tiered subscription model with usage-based overage. Billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. under its Services Agreement. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in these Terms. Usage overages are billed monthly in arrears.
Each organisation receives its own isolated tenant environment. As an architectural property, the Service ensures that no tenant can read or modify another tenant's data through the public API. This isolation is enforced at three layers: per-org database branches, per-org compute instances, and per-org key-value namespace prefixes.
Isolation is audited via automated cross-tenant red-team tests that run on every deployment.
The Service integrates with third-party large language model providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI. When you deploy an agent, your prompts and responses may be sent to these providers subject to their respective data-handling terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you send through the Service complies with those terms and with applicable law.
Molecule AI does not use your tenant data to train its own models.
You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, using the Service to generate malicious code, to host illegal content, or to exfiltrate data from systems you do not own. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the policy.
At any time you may export a complete archive of your tenant's configuration, workspaces, and memory via the platform's export API. Upon account termination, we will delete your tenant data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. You may request early deletion in writing.
You retain all rights to the data, prompts, and agent configurations you upload. You grant Molecule AI a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Molecule AI retains all rights to the platform software, its source code, and any derivative works we create in the course of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Molecule AI disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
AI-generated output is inherently probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molecule AI's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your tenant data is subject to the deletion schedule in Section 7.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
