This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Molecule AI platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or execute malware, viruses, worms, or any code designed to damage, disable, or gain unauthorised access to any computer system - Conduct unauthorised security testing, penetration testing, or red-teaming of systems you do not own - Host, store, or transmit illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that incites violence - Scrape, exfiltrate, or re-distribute data from systems you do not have authorisation to access - Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation - Send bulk unsolicited messages, phishing attempts, or commercial spam through any channel adapter - Harass, threaten, or dox any individual - Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or isolation mechanisms of the Service - Reverse engineer the platform software except as permitted by law - Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable export control laws
- Do not use the Service to generate content designed to deceive, including deepfakes of real people without consent - Do not use the Service to generate medical, legal, or financial advice in contexts where a licenced professional is required - Do not use the Service to generate weapons-related content including bioweapons, chemical weapons, or radiological dispersal devices - Do not use the Service to automate decisions that have legal or similarly significant effect on individuals without meaningful human review
- Do not attempt to exceed the resource quotas of your tenant tier - Do not run sustained cryptocurrency mining operations on tenant compute - Do not use the Service as a proxy or anonymiser for traffic to third parties
We monitor the Service for signs of AUP violations. We may:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP - Refer serious violations to law enforcement - Retain logs and tenant content as required for investigation
We aim to give notice before enforcement actions unless the violation presents immediate harm.
To report a suspected violation, email abuse@moleculesai.app with details and, if possible, evidence.
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
